You do not have to have Paypal account to use this option! All you need are all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Paypal is the best secure on-line way for our customers to make payments.
Personal Check/Money Order
Your order will be held for a period of 5 business days. Your order will be released if we do not receive your payment within the time period. There will be a $35 fees for check which is not honored for any reasons.
Direct Deposit
You can also make a payment as direct deposit to our bank account. You will have 2-3 business days to make a direct deposit to our bank account. Your order will be released if we do not receive your payment within the time period.

All International Orders will ship via FedEx or USPS. International customers are responsible for all documents to clear the fish at the airport. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by clearing fish to your country. We have shipped out fish to Canada, Switzerland, England, Philippine, and Brazil with no hassle.
Preparation Prior to Shipping
We will separate your fish from other fish into clean water. We will not feed your fish for at least 3 days prior to shipping. Also, we will reduce fish slim coat with our technique. This way we can ensure the water condition in the bag once we have shipped to you. All orders will be double bagged, packed with pure oxygen, and in an insulated box for stable temperature. Cold or heat pack will be provided at no charge if necessary. One of our learned experiences about shipping live stock, is the fish can live in the package for period of 4 days with active arriving at our customer. We are confident with our packing and shipping our stock.
Tax
No sales tax will be added to most order that out of state. You may Add 6%, if fish is/are to be shipped to an address in Pennsylvania, U S A.
Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse a transaction, ban an account by your IP address from anyone at any time for any reason we deem sufficient and without explanation required.
Refunds (Live Stocks)
Since the tank/pond environment is of the utmost importance in the well being of your goldfish and your tank/pond is beyond the control of our hands, certain limitations towards replacements and refunds are necessary. If not, all liabilities or damages shall be forfeited. If you received DOA, we will give you a store credit for the full amount of the fish, not including the shipping amount.. Please make sure you contact us on the first day of receiving the shipment for claiming!
We hate to be so brutal regarding this; it seems to be a sad commentary on the world or maybe just those few individuals who would take advantage. Despite goldfish being able to live in the box for a very long time, they are still perishable and if shipped by overnight delivery and the package were to be lost or damage, then you are not covered by Ranchumaniax.com. You can choose to save some money on shipping via USPS or pay little more on FedEx. Note that we have been in the business for long time, and we never ever have experienced a lost or damage package via these two companies. Even with a delay in shipping by four days or long distance international shipping, our fish have arrived in healthy, active, and acceptable condition.

- If your goldfish were to perish within 24 hours of arrival, you would be eligible for a 100% fish store credit only.
- Any claim of DOA, you would need to supply us the following:
- a water sample from the tank/pond or quarantine system the goldfish was held in
- an image or video clip of the dead goldfish with its tail cut off, by e-mail. - No refund on shipping costs or charges or insurance, if any.
- No claim shall be made if DOA was due to delay, for whatever reason or reasons, of the shipping couriers or the shipping company.
Your New Arrival
We recommend that you have QT tank or extra tank for your new arrival. This help to protect your current fish and your new arrival fish with their health and stress.
General Guideline;
1. Set your aquarium at 75F priors of your package arrival.
2. Once receive your package. Open the box and check the condition of your fish see if they’re in good condition or not. If yes, please go on to step 3. If not, contact Paul.
3. Floating the bag in your tank for period of 20 minutes, then release just the fish to your tank or floating the bag in your tank for period of 10 minutes then open the bag and drop in air stone for another 10 minutes, then release just the fish into your tank.
4. Add Aquarium salt to your tank at 0.1% in most case. If you notice that your fish breathing heavily due of transportation, you may add salt up to 0.2%.
5. Turn off your light and covering your tank both top and side to reduce the stress on your fish.
6. Increasing salt level by 0.1% every day for 3 days. And no feeding, catching, disturbing for the first 3 days. Just let’s them be! This will help with their stress.
7. On the third or fourth day, you may start to feed them pellets food for 2-3 pellets per fish. After 12 hours, then repeat feeding at the same amount.
8. By the next day, your fish should start to poop out. Then you may start to do 50% water changes. No salt added at this time.
9. On the next step, we recommend you to Quarantine (QT) your fish. To do this, you must do 100% water changes to get rid of your salt level in your water.
QT Process
Chemical needed: ProformC & PraziPro
1. Prepare fresh water with no salt and make sure it is no chlorine in your water. Also remove carbon from your filter.
2. Add 1 ml. = 1cc. of ProformC per 10 gallon of water to your tank.
3. Cycle it with air stone for period of 5 minutes. Extra air stone needed since ProformC contains formalin which will reduce oxygen level in your water.
4. After 5 minutes, then release your fish into the tank.
5. Turn off your light and cover up your tank both top and side to reduce their stress.
6. Treat your new fish with ProformC 3 times by repeating these steps 3 days. MAKE SURE YOU DO 100% water change to ensure that you not overdoes the chemical.
7. After treat ProformC for 3 days, you will now keep your new fish with new fresh clean water for 2 days, then do 50% water change and remove all fish from the tank. Add PraziPro at the rate of __ml = __cc per 10 gallon of water.
8. Keep them with no light for other period of 3 days.
9. After 3 days of treating with PraziPro, you will do 100% water change.
10. Treat with PraziPro again after 3-5 days. Then your fish will be ready to your tank.
