Earth Worms. Nothing better.

There is no better food for body growth and reproduction stimulation then an earthworm. Suplimented with a high quality pellet food that does not have to be goldfish oriented but has high concentration of vegetable matter. Most of us limit our mind set as to what the retail maarket says is "good food" for goldfish. Earth worms save the time of preparing gel foods and are much better than dry foods. Almost anyone can find them around their home. One just needs to be careful of what they put around their yard. I dont use chemicals around my yard and the smaller red worms get attacked by fish like crazy.
